dude this is nice. Im not much of a graphic editor but I would like to learn how to do the cut out images like yours im getting sick and tired of the same old box and rectangle images. If i may ask how do you create images like this?

there are multiple ways of doing that, for example. If you would like to get a nice diamond shape you have 2 things to you can do to make it. One is starting out with a regular sqare with the canvas size larger then the image, and then just rotate it. The other way, which allows you to create any shape you desire, would be the lasso tool, If using gimp, it should be at the top next to your selection tools
