Trainee position for Bay

Just wondering if its possible we can make some applicants like Bay a trainee?

He has great potential and can learn very fast. Like fool said hes pretty good but hes not elite! Rather than him getting rejected I would like to see if we can make him a trainee instead of him having to keep applying and go through the whole process again. Just a thought! tell me what you guys think

Well i'm pretty sure we can all help him with his game! I'm always down. He used to be reallly good. At the same time, i got a lot of skill through the application process. I'd love Bay in vZ so lets all try to help him, but i still support our application process. Depends on what the higher-uppers think ^_^

I'm fine with the idea, but if he doens't progress the title gets taken away. But.. why are we posting anything if no one responds to them.. but us?

Fool have you not noticed I have been responding to the messages; shHhhHHHHHHH. Any how i spoke to the leader of vZ a while back on this topic and his response was vZ is not a clan large enough for trainee tags, also only way in is of your skill is up to vZ standards. So just practice as much as possible get your skill up and vZ will keep an eye out for you.

No trainee tags. If applicant don't make the cut then they will train harder to get better rather than slack off because they may be partially in.
